Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the type of order:
Before shipment (physical products):
If your physical order has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel and issue a refund. Please contact us right away.
After shipment (physical products):
Once an order has shipped, we are generally unable to issue a refund. If there is an issue with your order (damaged item, wrong item received, etc.), please reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.
Digital Products — No Refunds or Cancellations
All sales on digital products are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations on any digital purchases for any reason.
This includes e-books, PDFs, workbooks, spells, intake forms, and any other downloadable content.
The reason for this policy is simple: digital products are delivered instantly to your email at the time of purchase. Because you receive the product immediately and it cannot be returned, we are unable to process refunds or cancellations once the order is placed.
Please make sure you are certain about your purchase before completing checkout.
