Submitted Your Spell Form With an Error? Here's What to Do

After purchasing a spell, you received a spell form to fill out. This form is how we gather your personal details and intention for your spell, and it's what we use to send you your spell report once your spell has been cast.

If you realized you made an error after submitting — whether it's a misspelled name, a wrong date of birth, an incorrect email address, or anything else — you can simply resubmit the form with your corrected information.

How to Resubmit Your Spell Form#

1. Locate your spell form link. You can find it in one of two ways:

   • Via email — check the confirmation email you received after your purchase.

   • Via your purchases dashboard — log in at beacons.ai/my-purchases using the same email address used at checkout. From there you can always access your form links, downloads, and any other items included with your spells or eBooks.

2. Fill out the form again with all of your correct, up-to-date information — including any fields that were already correct the first time.

3. Submit the form. That's it!

What Happens to My Previous Submission?#

No action is needed on your end. When duplicate submissions are received, we always use the most recent one as it is expected to contain your most up-to-date information. Your previous submission will simply be set aside.

Common Reasons to Resubmit#

• Misspelled first or last name

• Incorrect date of birth

• Wrong or outdated email address (where your spell report will be sent)

• Updated or changed intention for your spell (if applicable)

• Any other detail you'd like to correct or clarify

Please make sure your email address is correct when resubmitting, as this is where your spell report will be delivered once your spell has been cast. If your report was sent to the wrong email, please contact our support team so we can assist you.
