Order Processing & Shipping
Thank you for your order! Here's everything you need to know about where your order is and what to expect.
Step 1: Check Your Processing Window
All orders go through a processing period of up to 14 business days before they are shipped. This is separate from the shipping/transit time shown at checkout.
If your order was placed recently and hasn't shipped yet, it is likely still being processed. This is completely normal — please allow the full processing window before reaching out.
Note: Paying for expedited shipping speeds up transit time after your order ships. It does not reduce the processing period.
Step 2: Look for Your Tracking Email
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
You can also track your order directly through the carrier using the tracking number provided.
Step 3: Still No Update?
If your processing window has passed and you haven't received a shipping confirmation, please contact us and we'll look into it right away.
