Where Is My Spell Report?
Spell reports are delivered by email — but they have a habit of ending up somewhere other than your main inbox. Before reaching out to us, please take a few minutes to search your email. This resolves the issue the vast majority of the time.
Step 1: Search Your Email
Open your email app and search for any of the following:

"your report"
-
"themanifestationdoll.com"
Make sure you're searching all folders, not just your inbox.
Step 2: Check These Folders
Spell report emails commonly land in:

Spam / Junk — the most common culprit

Promotions (Gmail) — check the Promotions or Updates tab

All Mail (Gmail) — sometimes emails skip the inbox entirely

Filtered folders — if you have email rules set up, they may have redirected it
Step 3: Check the Right Email Address
Make sure you're searching the email account you used when placing your order. If you have multiple email addresses, try them all.
