What proof or photos do you need for a damage claim?

For us to assist and to meet insurance requirements, we need:

1. Clear photos of the shipping box or mailer showing visible damage, leaks, or mishandling.
2. Clear photos of the damaged product(s), including cracks, breaks, or spills.

Please keep all packaging and damaged items until your claim is fully resolved.
