My package says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it.

If tracking shows delivered but you do not have your package:


  1. Check with household members, neighbors, and any parcel lockers.
  2. Look around doors, porches, and alternate drop-off spots.
  3. Wait 1–2 business days in case the carrier scanned early. This happens a lot, unfortunately, especially during holidays.

If it still cannot be located after 3 business days, contact support with your order number so we can advise on next steps and available options.
