My order arrived damaged — what should I do?

If your order arrives damaged, please do not discard anything. Within 3 days of delivery:

  1. Take clear photos of the outer packaging (including any visible damage or carrier notes).
  2. Take clear photos of the damaged items inside.
  3. Submit a support ticket with your order number and photos.


We will review and, when applicable, file a claim through our shipping insurance provider and arrange a replacement or store credit once approved. The shipping insurance provider may require you to fill out a form, in these cases we will provide you all the necessary information.
